PNCA Featured in Story on Resilience of Art Schools

by Marketing & Communications,

Bloomberg includes PNCA alongside RISD and MCAD in their story on the resilience of colleges of art and design in the face of enrollment pressures facing institutions of higher learning. As PNCA brings in its largest freshman class ever for Fall 2018, the article points to a reason why: "Artists and designers are happier and have more life satisfaction because they are doing something that they are passionate about, that they love, and oh, by the way, they are also making money." Alumni success is a strong reason more students are considering art school. "We paid a lot of attention to how do you take great creativity and apply it to the larger world," Tuski said in an interview for the piece.
