Willamette’s Course Catalog has a new home — and it contains information for all of our undergraduate and graduate programs across our Salem and Portland campuses.
The 2025-26 University Catalog allows you to review and search Willamette’s Courses, Degree Programs, and Academic Policies. You can also access information about this year’s tuition and fees, academic calendar, and co-curricular resources. The following are a few features to explore in the new catalog:
- The Courses menu presents all courses offered at the University. Use the search bar to explore key words in course content or titles, or sort courses by the offering College/School. When viewing a specific course, you will find a course description, the campus location where the course is offered, credit counts, and how frequently the course is offered. Note that not all courses in the catalog may be offered in Academic Year 2025-26; you can continue to consult SAGE for current academic year offerings.
- Under Programs, you can find all degrees, majors, minors, and certificates available at Willamette. Use the search bar to search for a program by name, or sort by offering College or School.
- The Policies page provides both Willamette University policies that apply to all students as well as specific policies for individual colleges and schools.
- You can use the About menu to find other University information — including Academic Year 2025-26 Tuition and Fees, a link to the Academic Calendar, and other university Resources.
- For students entering Willamette prior to Fall 2025, use the Past Catalogs menu to review program requirements for all entering cohorts.

A note about Catalog Years
Catalogs operate by academic year, and the 2025-26 Catalog is the most updated list of programs, courses, and degree requirements for all students matriculating into Willamette in Fall 2025, Spring 2026, or Summer 2026. Students who matriculated in prior years are bound by the program offerings and degree requirements in their catalog year, and should consult past catalogs (https://catalog.willamette.edu/pastcatalogs) for more information. Students may elect to switch catalog years — but only to a more recent catalog year — and by doing so, they will then be bound to all program and degree requirements for their new catalog year. If you are interested in adjusting your catalog year, please discuss this with your adviser.
