Congratulations to Chef Kory and Chef Hopeton on a Successful Food Fight!

The 2nd annual Food Fight was a resounding success! We hope you had the chance to savor both of the amazing pork belly dishes—they were truly wonderful and delicious.

The votes are in, and we're thrilled to announce that Chef Hopeton has won with his mouthwatering Memphis Style Worcestershire Pork Belly, paired with Cajun Red Bean Dirty Rice and Quince Vinegar Snap Peas!

A huge thank you to everyone for sampling and voting. Your participation made this event unforgettable!

Healthy Kids Cooking Class at Willamette

Hands-on Cooking with Vibrant Fruits and Vegetables

Wednesday, May 7th | 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Bon Appétit invites Willamette faculty and staff elementary school-aged children in grades K-5 to join us for a special culinary workshop featuring activities in healthy eating and cooking. During this fun and interactive program, we’ll demonstrate how whole fruits and vegetables can be transformed into a healthy meal. By learning about the connection between what they eat and their ability to do what they enjoy, children will go home with a newfound power to make better choices for their health.

Cooking Demo Class

Students, join us for a delightful cooking demo class where you'll learn to create and customize your very own berry trifle!

This hands-on session will be held on Wednesday, April 30th, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. With only 15 spots available, it's the perfect opportunity to explore your culinary creativity in a fun and interactive environment. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a beginner, you'll enjoy layering fresh berries, creamy custard, and fluffy cake to make a delicious dessert. Meet the team- Rosa Alfaro

Rosa Alfaro, one of our amazing PM front-of-the-house supervisors! Rosa has been a part of the Bon Appetit family for an incredible 19 years, working her way up from line server to supervisor.

Many of you know and love her famous iced coffee, which makes a delightful appearance during dinner service. Rosa's favorite foods are pupusas and chiles rellenos—yum!

When she's not here, Rosa enjoys spending time with her grandkids, cooking up delicious meals, and crocheting beautiful creations.
