Step into the power of purposeful leadership with "Intro to Leadership", designed for leading with intention in diverse communities. This course will equip you with essential skills and insights based on the Leadership for Social Change model, Clifton Strengths, Relational Leadership Model, and personal experiences. By blending theory with practical, action-driven projects you’ll explore personal values, collective responsibility, and ethical decision-making. Using dynamic discussions, case studies, and community engagement, you’ll learn how to drive meaningful change, inspire others, and leave a lasting impact. Join us to transform passion into action and become a leader for a just, inclusive future.

Open to all and encouraged for all students taking on or in leadership roles.
