Pride Week continues until September 28th! Many offices, clubs, and organizations from across the Salem campus are hosting a range of events that foster dialogue, promote understanding, and honor the unique identities that enrich our campus. Whether you’re a member of the LGBTQ+ community, an ally, or someone eager to learn more, this week is for you.
Events continue throughout the week with a documentary screening, a discussion of PrEP and nail painting, Queer Story Time with Luce Bailey and special guest Jandayi Brooks-Flemister, Sip and Paint, Pride Stuff a Plush, and Open Mic Night. The week will close with our fall LiftUp launch on Saturday.
Pride Week event hosts include the Queer Student Union, Queer Men’s Club, the Office of Intercultural Engagement and Inclusion, Willamette Events Board, the Residence Hall Association, The Bistro, Campus Recreation, Residence Life and Housing, Bishop Wellness Center, and HIV Alliance.
