We are pleased to welcome Colin Stevens-Graybeal as the new Associate Director for Campus Safety on the PNCA Campus. Colin brings a wealth of experience in security operations and leadership across both the public and private sectors. Most recently, he served as a Security Lieutenant for Multnomah County, where he oversaw security operations at over 20 county buildings. Colin has a strong commitment to ensuring the safety of vulnerable populations, which he exemplified during his tenure as the Head of Security at the Behavioral Health Resource Center.
Colin’s background also includes valuable experience in the U.S. Navy as an Operations Specialist, where he managed the air defense operations team and facilitated critical communications in high-pressure environments.
Colin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy with a minor in Sociology from Portland State University, graduating with honors. He has been recognized for his ability to implement security protocols effectively and mentor emerging leaders in the field. Passionate about safety and well-being, he aims to enhance community partnerships within the university and foster a safe, comfortable campus environment that is conducive to learning and growth.
