Today is Willamette Day, a celebration of Willamette University's 182nd birthday and the annual occasion for us to reflect on our history, our accomplishments, and our future.
Here are three ways to mark the occasion.
1. Celebrate with piece of birthday cake, which will be available throughout the Salem and PNCA campuses.
2. We also invite you to "wear Willamette" (wear Willamette colors or your favorite Willamette gear) as an affirmation of our commitment to our institution and our cherished and enduring motto, "Non nobis solum nati sumus" — not unto ourselves alone are we born.
3. Test your knowledge of all things Willamette with a special Willamette Day Trivia Quiz! Those with top scores will be entered into a drawing to win fantastic prizes — include a Willamette sweatshirt, a PNCA coffee mug, Willamette and PNCA tote bags, a Bistro gift card, and more!
