Come learn about cultural fire and land restoration with recognized visual artist, Ayuthea LaPier. LaPier’s Native Heritage comes from the Hanis Coos, Blackfeet, Tlingit, and Metis. During this workshop, attendees will be able to learn how to make cedar cordage and cuffs!
This event will be held on Nov. 29th in the Mediatheque from 1–2 p.m. on the Portland Campus and in the Alumni Lounge from 5–6 p.m. on the Salem Campus. This event is free and open to the Willamette community. Refreshments will be provided.
