Rachel Fan started as our Rick’s barista in August of 2021. Diagnosed with autism at the age of 5 and hearing impaired, she has worked hard to move her way up to be our current supervisor of Rick’s Café and Blitz Market.
She currently resides with her parents, little brother, two dogs, and three cats in Salem, though she does have two other brothers, a sister, and one adorable nephew.
When not at work, Rachel loves video games and is an avid movie watcher. I dare you to challenge her to a movie trivia contest! Her favorite food is dim sum, though this is usually eaten socially as she loves hanging out and enjoying people’s company.
