Caitlin Meza is one of the newest members of the Bon Appetit family as she started in September 2022.
She is the smiling face working on the grill line during breakfast and lunch. She comes from a hardworking family, many of you may be familiar with her dad, Luis Meza, who is one of our cooks.
Caitlin loves pasta and potato dishes.
When not cuddling up with her Chihuahua, Monty, or her German Shepard and long hair Chihuahua mix, Milo, she enjoys shopping, going to the beach to watch the sunset and exploring Seattle on her free time.
