Gabi Buron started at Bon Appetit in 2014. Long-time guests will remember the famous wraps she made alongside Luvia Humbert during lunch service in the past. In her time at Willamette, she has worked the deli station, wrap station, and currently floats around helping the team where she is needed most.
Originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, Gabi has lived in Oregon for 35 years. She has been married for 41 years and has three sons, one grandson and two granddaughters.
When not at work you can find her in the gym, or at home crocheting, cooking or baking. Baking is what she loves the most!
