Welcome back! We hope the fall break gave you some time to rest, get caught up on classes, and recharge to finish out the semester in the best way.
A slowdown of your typical routine can also give you time to reflect. If you struggled during the break and would like support, please know that we have many resources to help. See below for a list. You are not alone.
As a reminder, Bishop Wellness Center’s Counseling Services is operating a “same day appointment” model at the Salem and Portland campuses through the end of the semester. If you need a counseling appointment, just call to schedule something for that day. No advance appointment is needed.

Through Uwill, students can:

- Choose a time that fits your schedule with day, night and weekend availability
- Choose your appointment type, video, phone, chat, or message
There is no cost to use Uwill. Willamette University will provide students up to eight individual counseling sessions or 16 scheduled chat sessions with a licensed provider every year. Access is quick and easy.
