Katherine Paul aka Black Belt Eagle Scout will play music and talk about their work in a free performance at The Bistro this evening.
The artist grew up on the Swinomish Indian Reservation in northwest Washington state and learned how to play piano, guitar and drums in their adolescent years. The powwows and songs their grandfather and grandmother sang with family in their drum group shapes how Black Belt Eagle Scout creates music: with passion and from the heart.
They will do a lunchtime talk and performance at PNCA tomorrow at Mediatheque from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
