Exercise Science Senior, Manny Rodgiguez, was selected to speak at the 2015 Health Inequities Symposium at Oregon State University. This symposium, which focuses on "Cultivating Social Justice" was held on April 21st and 22nd in Corvallis, OR. Manny's presentation, the outcome of his senior seminar work, was titled: Upstream vs. Downstream Determinants of Diabetes: The Urgency for Proximate and Distal Preventative Interventions.
