PNCA and Literary Arts have announced a partnership on a Graphic Novel award to be presented at next year's Oregon Book Awards. The new award comes during a week that included the Oregon Book Awards ceremony and a PNCA and Literary Arts co-sponsored Portland visit by Pulitzer Prize-winning graphic novelist Art Spiegelman.
