Willamette recognized again as a top U.S. MBA program

by Paul McKean,

As the Atkinson Graduate School of Management celebrates its 50th anniversary, the Willamette MBA has been recognized once again as a top U.S. program in Poets&Quants’ MBA ranking for 2024–25.

Willamette continues its streak as the top-ranked MBA program in Oregon and the second-highest-ranked program in the Pacific Northwest. In the 2024-2025 rankings, Willamette was listed as #96 out of more than 1,100 accredited full-time MBA programs in the U.S.

Poets&Quants formulates its top 100 list by combining scores from the world’s five most influential business school rankings into one comprehensive, composite score and represents the “Definitive List of the Top 100 U.S. MBA Programs.” Schools making this ranking are among the top 10% of all the MBA programs in the country.

For half a century, Willamette University’s Atkinson Graduate School of Management has helped shape the leaders of the Pacific Northwest through a comprehensive and relevant management education that connects theory with practice. Today, the school levels up careers through its diverse portfolio: a flagship Early Career MBA, a flexible MBA for Professionals program, and distinctive dual degrees that merge business with law (JD/MBA) and data science (MBA/MSDS). The Atkinson School’s new STEM MBA prepares leaders for success in the digital economy.

Atkinson’s impact speaks loudly through its alumni — from Fortune 500 CEOs and nonprofit visionaries to venture capitalists and industry leaders who drive innovation and growth across every sector of the economy.
