Willamette recognized for “hands-on educational experiences” on Forbes’ top colleges list

Willamette University is “a leader in hands-on educational experiences.” That’s according to Forbes, which again named Willamette to its “America’s Top Colleges” list.

The list recognizes universities with impressive graduation rates, high graduate salaries and great outcomes for students of all backgrounds. Willamette was one of 500 colleges and universities to make the list.

Willamette was ranked in the top three among Oregon’s private not-for-profit colleges, 73rd in the West and 76th among Liberal Arts Universities.

This national recognition comes as Willamette was named the best business school in Oregon by Bloomberg Business. The university was also named one of the top liberal arts colleges in the Pacific Northwest by U.S. News and World Report.
